Headshot of K Hatcher

I'm Kesia Hatcher, and I'm running for Simpsonville City Commissioner in Kentucky because I believe our city deserves leadership that listens. As a mom, a business owner, and someone who has spent her career showing up for families in this community, I know what it means to carry responsibility and get things done. I'm ready to bring that same commitment to the commission, with transparency, accountability, and a seat at the table for every voice in Simpsonville.

Every decision I make as your City Commissioner will be guided by these four values.

INTEGRITY

Integrity means doing what's right when no one is watching. I've built my career and my life around that, as a case manager, a nonprofit founder, and a mom raising my family right here in Simpsonville. That's the same standard I'll bring to the commission: no hidden agendas, no being two faced, just honest leadership this city can count on.

ADVOCACY

I stand for my neighbors, and for anyone who doesn't have a seat at the table yet. As a woman who has worn a lot of hats, mother, entrepreneur, foster mom, advocate, I know what it feels like to be the one showing up for everyone else. If elected, I'll make sure Simpsonville's commission finally reflects the community it serves.

PROGRESS

Progress means making room, for new ideas, for people who've been left out of the resources they need, and for leadership that hasn't been in the same seat for years. Simpsonville is ready for something different. I'm ready to bring it.

Community Unity Diverse Family

UNITY

Unity isn't a slogan to me, it's something you do. I believe in showing up with real acts of kindness, meeting people exactly where they are, and staying authentic, even when it's easier not to. That's the kind of leadership I want to bring to this city, one built on trust, not politics.
